Refund Policy
On occasion, circumstances may change and you would like to return your order and apply for a refund – this process has been created to be straight forward as provided in the guidance below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- We allow 7 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for any reason. In the first instance please email agf@gmail.com and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
- The returned product must be in ‘as new’ condition including all packaging. We will refund you minus any postage costs (£4.95) once the item has been received by us in an 'as new' condition.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost in the transit. We suggest that you use a service that is both tracked and signed for. Additionally, this type of return may offer insurance if for any reason the product does not reach us.
- A partial refund or return to you with no refund may be offered if for any reason you have a need to return an item that is not in “as new” condition.
