Refund Policy
On occasion, circumstances may change and you would like to return your order and apply for a refund – this process has been created to be straight forward as provided in the guidance below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We allow 7 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for any reason. In the first instance please email agf@gmail.com and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
The returned product must be in ‘as new’ condition including all packaging. We will refund you minus any postage costs (£4.95) once the item has been received by us in an 'as new' condition.
We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost in the transit. We suggest that you use a service that is both tracked and signed for. Additionally, this type of return may offer insurance if for any reason the product does not reach us.
A partial refund or return to you with no refund may be offered if for any reason you have a need to return an item that is not in “as new” condition.
